How It Works


Step 1: Contact us to confirm your document is eligible for Remote Online Notarization.

Step 2: We schedule a secure video session at a convenient time.

Step 3: We verify your identity using the RON platform's required verification process.

Step 4: You sign electronically while we witness and complete the notarial act during the live session.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification accepted by the RON platform

A reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone

Will the receiving party accept an electronically notarized document?

LLBK Legacy cannot guarantee that a lender, court, government office, or other recipient will accept an electronically notarized document. Please confirm acceptance with the receiving party before your session.


Is my session guaranteed to be completed?

A requested session does not guarantee that a notarization can be completed. Sessions may be declined or discontinued when identification, document, technological, or legal requirements cannot be satisfied.


What if I have technical difficulties during my session?

Please contact us promptly if you experience technical issues. We will work with you to reschedule if the session cannot be completed.


Can you help me understand the document I'm signing?

LLBK Legacy does not select, draft, complete, interpret, or advise on the legal effect of documents. Please consult an attorney or the receiving party with document-specific questions.
