Remote Online Notarization (RON) Records

If you use our remote online notary service, your session may involve identity-verification technology, communication technology, and legally required journal and audio-visual records. These records may be maintained by LLBK Legacy and/or the third-party platform used to perform the remote notarization. The specific data-handling practices of that third-party platform are under review by the business owner and will be described here once confirmed.

Sensitive Information

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, full government identification numbers, banking information, passwords, or other highly sensitive personal information through our general inquiry form.

Marketing Communications

Information you provide to schedule an appointment is used for that appointment. Submitting our appointment form is not treated as consent to receive future promotional emails or text messages.
